1. How to File a Proper DMCA Notice
If you are a copyright owner or an authorized agent thereof and believe that any content on our website infringes upon your copyright work, you may submit a written notification to our Designated Copyright Agent. Your infringement notice must include the following information in writing to be considered legally valid:
- A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple copyrighted works at a single online site are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works on our platform.
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled, alongside information reasonably sufficient to permit Sttokes to locate the material (providing the specific URL addresses is mandatory).
- Information reasonably sufficient to permit our administration to contact you, such as an address, telephone number, and an electronic mail (email address).
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
2. Submission of the Infringement Claim
All formal DMCA claims must be forwarded directly to the Sttokes administrative and legal department via email. Please use a clear and urgent subject line to prevent processing delays:

Warning on Misrepresentation: Under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly and materially misrepresents that material or activity on an online platform is infringing may be subject to severe liability for civil damages, including attorney fees incurred by the alleged infringer or by Sttokes.
3. Takedown Actions and Investigation
Upon receipt of a complete, signed, and validated DMCA notice, Sttokes will initiate an immediate investigation. If the notice conforms with all legal requirements outlined above, we will proceed to remove or disable access to the disputed material as quickly as commercially practical. We will also notify the internal contributor or system manager who uploaded the content regarding the mandatory takedown action.
4. Counter-Notification Procedures
If your content was removed as a result of a copyright infringement notice and you believe this action was the result of a mistake, misidentification, or a fair use framework, you may file a formal Counter-Notification with our Designated Agent. To be valid, a counter-notice must be written and contain the following parameters:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or disabled.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material.
- Your name, physical address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if your address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which Sttokes may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original notification.
5. Repeat Infringer Policy
In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable web infrastructure guidelines, Sttokes enforces a strict repeat infringer framework. We reserve the absolute right to terminate access, remove user profiles, or block interaction capabilities for any individual or external user who repeatedly or systematically attempts to publish copyrighted assets without proper licensing, explicit authorization, or fair use standing.
